The young man Saeki Shuichi (played by Takizawa Hideaki), who works at the Hope Detective Agency, was once a police officer. Fifteen years ago, his closest sister, Yukari, was brutally murdered by three teenagers. This incident left an indelible shadow in Shuichi's heart, and in the years following his dismissal, he devoted himself to finding any trace of the three boys, anticipating the day of revenge. Meanwhile, the agency's boss, Kimura, is arbitrarily conducting missing person searches, including helping victims find legally protected perpetrators. The various clients' quests for revenge gradually ignite the buried anger within Shuichi. At this point, he has tracked down the whereabouts of the three boys from that year: Tadakoro Kenji, Terada Masashi, and Nakaki Kazuya. During this process, he meets Haruka (played by Kitano Ki), a waitress working at a certain nightclub. Burdened by their painful pasts, what lies ahead for them...
