Magician Luo Fei (played by Wu Zhenyu) is often haunted by the shadows of his childhood. During a death-defying performance, he nearly loses his life due to the influence of those shadows. His father, Luo Chen, has achieved outstanding success and imposes strict expectations on his son, hoping he can achieve the same. Luo Fei, rebellious since childhood, often faced physical punishment from his father and was frequently locked in a wardrobe. Until he grew up, Luo Fei's character showed significant deficiencies. After the incident, his girlfriend Li Xiaoqiong (played by Yang Zhi Fei) takes him to the countryside for recovery, believing he was simply overworked, which led to the near-accident.
