Gangster boss Eddie Kin plots a murder, witnessed by a young passerby, Sean Jones (played by Nathan Phillips). In order to successfully prosecute this notorious mob chief in court, the police dispatch seasoned federal agent Neville Flynn (played by Samuel L. Jackson) to protect Sean and escort him from Hawaii to the Los Angeles courthouse. To avoid the witness being harmed, Neville employs a decoy strategy, secretly boarding a regular red-eye flight with Sean. However, this top-secret plan is leaked to Eddie through a police mole. To escape legal repercussions, Eddie sends assassins armed with a large number of venomous snakes onto the plane, leading to a bizarre and terrifying bloody cover-up...
