On this day, an OL from a certain clothing company was murdered. She had lived extravagantly in life, leading to massive debts. Among her belongings, a photo and related research materials of Ichiro Hamaguchi (played by Akira Tsubaki), an associate professor at Jingle University, were found. Was the OL killed because of her involvement in extortion? As a result, Hamaguchi became an important reference suspect for the police.
