The attending physician, Tae-jun (played by Lee Jin-wook), discovers that the patient has been shot and orders the nurses to report it. Ignoring a peculiar event that follows, he rushes home to be with his pregnant wife, Hee-joo. The next morning, just after getting out of bed, Tae-jun is attacked by a mysterious person and falls unconscious. When he wakes up again, he finds Hee-joo missing from their home, and receives a call demanding that he take Yoo Hoon out of the hospital, or else Hee-joo's safety cannot be guaranteed. In a panic, Tae-jun rushes to the hospital, where he encounters detective Young-joo (played by Kim Se-ron). He desperately tries to get Yoo Hoon out, but when Yoo Hoon wakes up, he escapes from control, suffering from an unjust accusation that he must clear up quickly. Will Tae-jun be able to successfully rescue his wife? This film is based on the French movie "Point Blank."
