The British government invites sharknado hero Fin Shepard to attend a high-level meeting on combating sharknados. However, his friend Nova urgently contacts him to travel to Stonehenge to uncover secrets of how humanity's ancestors fought against sharks. The two obtain an artifact in a mysterious cave but inadvertently trigger a massive storm, causing countless sharks to rain down from the sky and resulting in disasters around the world. Fin and Nova rush back to join forces with Fin's half-robot wife April and their young son Gil. However, the storm is too fierce, and Nova fails to protect Gil as he gets swept into the tempest. Fin and April, frantic, seek ways to enter the storm to rescue their son. They are taken by the storm to Switzerland, Australia, Brazil, Italy, and Japan, where devastation and tragedy await them. Meanwhile, sharks mutated by nuclear waste in the ocean become increasingly vicious, leading to the loss of Fin's family and friends, as devastating news floods in. Heartbroken, the couple faces a dire dilemma: how will they stop the ongoing disaster?
