A series of corpses with ruptured eyes appear, and the direct cause of death for the victims is cardiac arrest. They seem to have experienced immense fear before dying, as if possessed. College student Tsuuki (played by Mariya Iitoyo) witnesses her friend die, and Haruo has lost his younger brother, so the two of them begin an investigation.
