Barry (played by Patrick Wilson) is a notorious playboy in his social circle, spending his days idly and being completely satisfied with his decadent lifestyle, showing no intention of reform or ambition. However, what Barry doesn't expect is to lose his testicles in an accident, which means he must say goodbye to his hedonistic playboy life and can no longer become a father.
