Because of a letter found in a stranger's wallet, a rural youth named Ren Tsukito (played by Kengo Kora), who works at a moving company in Tokyo, drives all the way to Hokkaido and brings back the dim girl, Ne Yoshida (played by Kasumi Arimura), to Tokyo. Among the bustling crowd, the two miss each other in just a moment. Ren is accompanied by a fashionable girl named Mihoko (played by Mizuki Takahata), who is involved in a relationship that is destined to go nowhere.
