"Women Bomb Heroes" began filming in July 2011 in Hengdian. The drama continues the story of the previous installment, still focusing on women and bombs. Following "Women Bomb Squad," the original team reunited and embarked on a challenging filming journey. In 1941, during the Anti-Japanese War, a special operations team of Japanese troops led by military officer Liu Sheng joined forces with the invading army, frequently intruding into the Nationalist government area, wreaking havoc and causing suffering for innocent civilians. Communist Party member Liu Cheng infiltrated the Nationalist government's military command and cleverly utilized Nationalist resources to form a resistance force against the Japanese invaders, engaging in desperate battles with the enemy. The underground Communist Party member Xue Min, code-named "White Dove," who lost contact with the organization, became the team leader, continuously thwarting Japanese military plots. The team led by Liu Cheng and Xue Min grew through trials of blood and fire, ultimately fulfilling their heroic mission in the fight against Japan.
