A beautiful woman in a kimono, Sakae Nishikido (played by Chizuru Kirinami), is looking for a dentist. A young man on a motorcycle, Shinkichi Taninobe (played by Kenji Tohmizu), points the way for Sakae and takes her to the hospital. The dentist, Chieko Yamamuro (played by Kyoko Aizome), is an incredibly seductive woman. After administering anesthesia to Sakae, she removes her white coat, revealing her alluring and captivating form. In a state between sleep and wakefulness, Sakae embarks on a bizarre and supernatural journey. This film is adapted from the same-titled work by Japanese erotic novelist Jun'ichirō Tanizaki and is the second installment of Teiichi Takeuchi’s "Daydream" series.
