Li Liya and Yang Na are both police flowers. After completing their mission, they vacation together in the Philippines, where Liya visits her cousin Hong Ben and receives warm hospitality. Just as they are enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Philippines, they suddenly receive a call from their boss in Hong Kong, instructing them to secretly investigate the arms trafficking operations between Hong Kong and the Philippines. During one operation, they meet Filipino detective Eddie. As the investigation deepens, they discover that Hong Ben is one of the five major arms smugglers on the island and that his sister, Luowa, is ruthless, killing to monopolize the market.
