A woman in her thirties rediscovering her lost faith; a mother doing everything she can to ensure her child is spared from a forced fate; a Romani boy whose family is murdered, his childhood world destroyed... Árpád Bogdán's new film is based on real events—the series of racially motivated murders of Roma that took place in Hungary in 2008 and 2009. The film attempts to reveal the impact of the murders on the victim's families and communities through three stories, exposing the failures of the Hungarian judicial system.
