Vice President Lanni was giving a speech for the Children's Health Foundation when a giant unidentified spaceship quietly arrived. Several aircraft dispatched by the Tactical Air Force Command were destroyed, and the president perished, leaving Lanni to take over. The spaceship originated from the Orion Nebula in space. The Orion aliens destroyed governments and military facilities around the world, claiming they would give humanity a chance to reboot the world, promising a better life for mankind. The Orion aliens gained the trust of humans by healing Lanni's son's leg ailment, leading residents to board the aliens' transport ships. However, the "First Earth" self-defense force led by Kelly did not trust the Orion aliens and attempted to drive them away by attacking the transport ships. Meanwhile, Lanni and her officers discovered that the Orion aliens had ulterior motives for Earth and humanity, and they had to find a way to stop the invasion. When the leader of the Orion aliens, dissatisfied with the self-defense force's attack on the transport ships, requested a meeting with Lanni, she and her officers decided to bring the developed pathogens and explosives onto the Orion mothership.
