Scott (played by Casper Van Dien) was once a firefighter. This time, he teams up with a group of ecologists to go to an oil well to hang banners with ecological slogans. However, they unfortunate went to the wrong place at the wrong time, where there is a ticking time bomb that is about to explode in seconds! As Scott and his group hide, the bomb detonates, causing a massive fire twister! Everything in the path of the fire twister is destroyed. It turns out that the oil well contains not regular fuel, but the MT-11 experimental fuel developed by Synco Corporation.
