The story of the female protagonist, Sakura, who, in order to achieve her dreams, never distorts her beliefs despite the obstacles she faces, over a period of 10 years. Each episode describes a year, starting with a flashback to the spring of 2009, during the new employee induction ceremony at Japan's largest construction contractor, "Hanamura Construction."
