Willie (Billy Bob Thornton) has an interesting job; every Christmas, he dons a Santa Claus outfit and uses his white beard to promote the company's products. However, for Willie, this job is far from as simple as it seems. This time of year isn't just about celebrating the holiday; it's the best opportunity for him and his partner Marcus (Tony Cox) to make a big profit, as his true identity is that of a thief. This year is like previous ones, yet a bit different. Willie's strange behavior raises the suspicion of savvy security guard Gin (Bernie Mac), and department store manager Bob (John Ritter) becomes a difficult character.
