Song Nuan (Zhao Liying) and Zhou Gege (Cai Wenjing) graduated from the same university, lived in the same dormitory, and have similar family backgrounds. This led to both of them being hired as interns by the same company. As fresh graduates, they have beautiful hopes and expectations for the future; however, they quickly experience the harsh realities of the workplace and realize they are in a battlefield without smoke.
