You De is the founder of the swimming team. He divorced his wife (played by 邓萃雯) years ago. His eldest daughter, You Xian (played by 陈文媛), remains with him, while the second daughter, You Ying (played by 唐宁), lives with their mother. Ying has always disliked her father and sister, often clashing with him. Unexpectedly, both sisters fall in love with their teammate, Edwin (played by 萧正楠).
