The Manchu government has fallen, but foreign powers, warlords, and revolutionary armies take turns in a grand yet heavy drama played out on the ancient land of Huaxia. Amidst the bustling stage, even ordinary people are unwittingly drawn into it. In Beijing's Haiwang Village, Zhou Yigui (played by Li Chengru) takes over the antique shop Shanzhen Pavilion from his master.
