In order to make a good impression on his colleagues, Dr. Martin (Orlando Bloom) has been making relentless efforts, but things do not go as he wishes. Despite this, Martin still has not gained the success and trust he desires. Eighteen-year-old Dianna (Riley Keough), suffering from kidney disease, is transferred to the hospital where Martin works, and Martin naturally becomes her attending physician. Under Martin's careful care, Dianna's condition gradually improves, but during this process, Martin develops complex feelings for the kind and beautiful Dianna that go beyond the doctor-patient relationship. To keep Dianna by his side for longer, Martin secretly alters her prescription, causing her condition to worsen.
