As a teacher, Jiang Dayan (played by Song Jia) has good qualities in various aspects, but at the age of thirty-four, she is still single. Dayan's unmarried status has become a significant concern for the Jiang family. Consequently, various blind dates and introductions from friends follow one after another. To cooperate with her family's good intentions, Dayan participates in a variety of blind dates and encounters all sorts of people. Among the crowd, she does meet some suitable candidates. One is a civil servant named Fang Quan (played by Guo Tao), who is decent in many ways. However, his clear intention to marry for better development complicates things; her sister-in-law's boss, Peng Tan (played by Zhou Jie), has great qualities and a humorous personality, but his mother is strict, leading to an inconclusive ending; radio host Su Rushi (played by Liu Dekai), a parent of one of Dayan's students, exudes the charm of a mature man, attracting Dayan. Yet, for the sake of his daughter, Su Rushi chooses to reconcile with his ex-wife, leaving Dayan with no choice but to let go. After a series of encounters with various men, Dayan meets the newly appointed vice principal of the school, Cheng Chuang (played by Yu Xiaowei). Everything seems to be moving in a positive direction, but a diagnosis suddenly stands in their way...
