A Hong (played by Mo Shaocong) and his girlfriend A Mei (played by Luo Meiwei) have been in love for many years and share a deep bond. A Mei is a wealthy young lady born with a silver spoon in her mouth and is well-loved at home, which is why her father strongly opposes her relationship with the impoverished A Hong. To tear the couple apart, A Mei's father takes her to settle in the United States, but by the time A Mei leaves, she is already pregnant with A Hong's child.
