In the late Qing dynasty and early Republic, as the situation deteriorated, revolutionaries led by Sun Yat-sen were actively fundraising to overthrow the Qing dynasty. However, they fell into the hands of the traitor Yuan Sige (portrayed by Anthony Wong), who secretly imprisoned Sun Yat-sen. Revolutionary Ah Wah (portrayed by Chan Baik Cheung) escaped by the skin of his teeth and sought help from five martial-arts experts. Thus, the five extraordinary individuals—Chung Kwok-yan (portrayed by Alan Tam), Du Hailun (portrayed by Kenny Bee), Shen Siguang (portrayed by Chan Yu), Peng Jiankang, and Fei Qiang—gathered to plan the rescue of the revolutionary. However, the five misinterpreted Ah Wah's message, believing that a master known as "The Unbeatable Iron Fist of Sun Yat-sen" would be their greatest obstacle in completing the mission. Chung Kwok-yan infiltrated Yuan Sige's home, gaining his trust while posing as a traitor, and he developed a relationship with Yuan's sister A-Lin (portrayed by Chan Fat Hung), who sympathized with the revolutionary cause, unlike her brother. To complete the revolutionary mission, Chung Kwok-yan reluctantly had to arrange for Du Hailun to impersonate him and engage with A-Lin… This film was made to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Wynners band.
