The FBI's number one wanted criminal, Feng Can (played by Christopher Walken), is cunning and elusive, leaving the FBI desperate to capture him. Feng has a special hobby: he hosts underground ping pong matches where participants must sign a "death warrant" before competing. In order to apprehend Feng, the FBI recruits former professional player Randy (played by Dan Fogler) to go undercover. Randy hasn't played in 20 years, but he sees this mission as a chance to regain his former glory and avenge his father's death at Feng's hands. Will Randy be able to successfully complete the mission in the high-stakes world of underground ping pong, where it's either kill or be killed, against formidable opponents?
