In the blink of an eye, Jeong-soo (played by Choi Kwang-ryeol) and Young-hee (played by Lee Mi-sook) have been married for ten years. During these ten years, although each day repeats the tranquility and harmony of yesterday, Jeong-soo and Young-hee love each other deeply and feel very happy. However, one day, misfortune strikes this family; Jeong-soo loses his job, and worse still, he takes on a large debt for a friend that he cannot repay. In order to protect his wife and child, Jeong-soo makes a desperate choice. On the other hand, the string of bad news completely shatters Young-hee's fantasies about the future; she nearly loses everything, but the one thing that remains unchanged is her love for her husband. By chance, Young-hee reunites with her former pursuer, Han Ji-hoon (played by Jo Myung-kyu), who has now become a somewhat famous entrepreneur. The appearance of Han Ji-hoon brings a glimmer of hope to Young-hee, but in order to protect her family, the first thing she must do is betray her marriage.
