The film "Three Feet Below Ground" tells the story of Jiang Dongming (played by Zhang Lei), whose spirit becomes twisted after discovering on his wedding day that his wife had an affair with the best man. He then seeks revenge on every bride who has recently married or is about to marry. The protagonist Zhengyu (played by Ma Jinghan) is a police officer about to get married, and he, along with his fiancée Caiyuan (played by Lu Ying), are both orphans who support each other and have grown close. On their wedding day, Caiyuan mysteriously disappears midway, and a frantic Zhengyu embarks on a quest to find his wife. As he delves deeper, Zhengyu identifies the prime suspect Jiang Dongming, and uncovers numerous wedding dresses and corpses beneath Jiang Dongming's flower shed. Whether his beloved wife has been murdered remains a mystery. The bewildered Zhengyu and the deranged Jiang Dongming engage in a face-off. In the end, who will prevail? Will Caiyuan be saved?
