Chulbul (played by Salman Khan) is a unique figure in the police force. With a strong sense of justice, he often storms into crime scenes alone, showcasing his skills to apprehend criminals. Although Chulbul is viewed as a guardian of peace by the citizens, Sheriff Chhedi sees him as a significant destabilizing factor in the police department. Moreover, Chulbul's presence severely hinders Chhedi's corrupt activities. One day, by chance, Chulbul meets a beautiful girl named Raabta (played by Sonakshi Sinha) and instantly falls in love, leading to a quick relationship. Chulbul has a useless younger brother, Makkhi, who one day faces abuse from workers and seeks out Chulbul to report Makkhi's crimes. An enraged Chulbul beats up his brother in public, unwittingly giving Sheriff Chhedi the opportunity to take action against him.
