Will Montgomery (Nicolas Cage) and his four-person robbery gang are caught red-handed by the FBI while attempting to rob a bank vault. His partner Vincent gets shot in the chaos, and Will is arrested after setting the stolen money on fire. Eight years later, Will is released from prison, only to face suspicion from FBI agent Anderson, who believes he may have hidden the loot, as well as hostility from his daughter Allison (Sami Gayle). Just as Will is overwhelmed, he receives news that Vincent has kidnapped Allison. It turns out that after the failed heist, Vincent fell into despair and kidnapped Allison to reclaim his share of ten million dollars. Will tries to seek help from the FBI but is not trusted by Anderson. Left with no choice, he decides to rescue his daughter on his own, even if it means reaching out to his former accomplice Layla (Malin Akerman) to commit another crime…
