After being released from prison, Indian-born man Veeru, who once mingled with the underworld, is determined to return to a normal life, but unfortunately, he finds himself unable to escape his past. His beloved younger brother follows a childhood friend into the gang; the former gang leader, Black Morley, is rumored to have returned to Hong Kong, plotting to kill Inspector Chan from the Mobile Unit; Officer Fat Tong (played by Lam Suet) repeatedly comes to Veeru for leads.
