The mafia boss, Brother Ba, is terminally ill. On his deathbed, he entrusts the affairs of the gang to his adopted son, the soon-to-return-from-Italy Jiuwenlong Huang Jiudi (played by Andy Lau), and asks his brother, Brother Qi (played by Ng Man Tat), and bodyguard Xiao Zhu (played by Aaron Kwok) to assist him.
