In Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, the intense gunfire and massive explosions tore apart the tranquility of an upscale residential area. Terrorist attacks targeting Westerners resulted in hundreds of deaths, with federal agents also falling victim in the chaos. This incident escalated the already volatile and undercurrents-filled international situation. The FBI dispatched agent Ronald Fluery (played by Jamie Foxx) and his team to Saudi Arabia to identify the mastermind within five days. However, the investigation proved more difficult than anticipated, as Saudi authorities seemed reluctant to allow American interference in "national affairs." FBI agents not only had to navigate numerous obstacles set by terrorists but also contend with the obstruction and interference from Saudi officials.
