The film is directed by Huang Tailai and photographed by Huang Yuetai. The story describes how five individuals, Luo Mang, Yin Xianglin, Qiang Han, Tang Zhenzong, and Zuo Yanling, attempt to smuggle into Hong Kong. During their journey, Tang accidentally steps into a trap and is immobilized. Luo and the others attempt to save him, but seeing the approaching military, they have no choice but to leave Tang behind. After arriving in Hong Kong, three of the men become gang enforcers. During a private robbery, they are caught and imprisoned; meanwhile, Luo’s sentence is extended due to disturbances. After Yin and Qiang are released from prison, they are mysteriously murdered, and Inspector Bai Biao suspects they may have enemies seeking revenge. He thus releases Luo early in an attempt to draw out the murderer. After his release, Luo faces repeated assassination attempts, suspected to be instigated by Zuo, who was the getaway driver on the day of the robbery, yet Zuo has not touched any of the stolen loot...
