On June 27, 1976, four individuals hijacked an Air France flight. The flight was scheduled from Tel Aviv to Paris, and among the hijackers, two were members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), while the other two were Germans belonging to the left-wing extremist organization Revolutionary Cells. They took hundreds of hostages (mainly Israelis) and held them for an entire week. Their main demand was the release of 40 imprisoned Palestinian terrorists and militants. The film recreates the events that took place after the plane landed in Entebbe, where the four hijackers received support from Ugandan dictator Idi Amin. Based on the latest research, the film presents its own version of the hijacking, particularly regarding the release process of non-Jewish hostages. Additionally, it details how the Israeli government, through its security strike team, ended the hostage situation with force.
