In 1972, a rugby team boarded Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 to Chile. The plane crashed catastrophically on a glacier in the Andes, leaving only 16 survivors out of 45 passengers. Faced with one of the world's harshest environments, they were forced to take extreme measures to survive.
