Cuban refugee youth Tony (Al Pacino) escapes to Miami, becoming a typical fearless American street thug. Tony works for a local drug lord and, due to his ruthless nature and boldness, proves himself by successfully completing several tasks, quickly gaining recognition and becoming the drug lord's right-hand man. However, Tony is not satisfied with just that; he first takes on a big order from a Venezuelan drug lord and then systematically eliminates his rivals, expanding his power continuously.
