In a residential area known as Black Lily, the old facilities and crimson flowers emanate a sense of death. Beautiful girl Asuka Ninomiya (played by Atsuko Maeda) moves in here with her parents and younger brother. However, she feels little joy, as the neighboring room of the elderly Mr. Shinozaki (played by Masaya Takahashi) is often filled with incessant alarm sounds and strange noises.
