Hong Kong thug Le Ye (played by Louis Koo) hides in the home of Xiao Bao (played by Peng Bo) in mainland China after owing 500,000 in high-interest loans; Xiao Bao, a fan of gangster movies, dreams of going to Hong Kong to meet big stars and join the underworld.
