Li Zexing (played by Stephen Chow), the wealthy son of a Hong Kong family studying at a university in Hawaii, is a campus bully who spends money lavishly and fails in his studies. He eventually gets chased by the gang after becoming involved with the girlfriend of a gang leader, resulting in his body being blown to pieces. At the request of Li Zexing's father (played by Ng Man Tat), a professor (played by Danny Lee) restores Li Zexing's body with artificial parts and implants a newly developed invincible chip into him, transforming him into the invincible "Transformable Metal Warrior." The gang leader learns of Li Zexing's resurrection and implants a war program chip into his underling's body, turning him into the "Iron Armored Dragon" to hunt down Li Zexing. In order to win the heart of his crush, Chong Chong (played by Gigi Leung), Li Zexing decides to reshape his image and fiercely battles the "Iron Armored Dragon."
