In love's great farewell. A car accident leaves two people filled with loss: Yu Wei can no longer see his pregnant wife, and Xin Min has forever lost her fiancé. In the city, they feel completely alienated, yet in their sorrow, they are remarkably similar. The everyday is the most unpredictable; walking on the thin ice of life with memories cracking and spreading like fissures, each inflicting self-torment and pain. But life must go on; from the first seven days to the seventy-seventh, within a hundred days, death and rebirth, learning to cherish, learning to say goodbye. If everything must be lost, we must still learn to say goodbye well. Director Lin Shu Yu transforms his own experiences into this work, following folk customs to create a timeline from the first seven days to a hundred days, delicately portraying how a suffering heart finds a new order from chaos. When the heart is settled, it soothes the soul and eases the pain, revealing a deep affection amidst indifference. Lin Jia Xin and Mayday's Stone undergo transformation on screen. Beginning at the end.
