During the 50th birthday celebration of Li Tingfu, the Minister of Personnel (played by Qian Miaohua), friends and guests from all directions come to congratulate him. Among them, the son of a close friend, Wang Yulin (played by Chen Shaochun), is distinguished in appearance and talented.
