Andrea Sachs (Anne Hathaway) enters the workforce and interviews at the famous fashion magazine "RUNWAY," where her cleverness earns her the approval of editor Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep) to become her second assistant. At first, Andrea feels very wronged; no matter how hard she works, she receives no appreciation. With guidance from a seasoned colleague, she undergoes transformation. As her work improves, she even replaces the first assistant in Miranda's eyes and prepares to travel to France with this intelligent girl. However, Andrea's changes lead to the loss of her boyfriend and friends, causing her great inner conflict. Upon arriving in France, she learns that Miranda's position is at risk, and to her surprise, Miranda sacrifices her longtime partner to secure her own status. This deeply disappoints Andrea, and she considers stepping away. What will Andrea ultimately decide?
