South Korea's secret nuclear weapons mysteriously disappear, while a plane carrying military handheld devices crashes within Chinese territory. The South Korean side receives information that a dangerous individual suspected to be nicknamed "Equator" (played by Zhang Zhen) along with his assistant "Messenger" (played by Wen Yongshan) is set to conduct a secret weapons transaction in Hong Kong. South Korean weapon expert Choi Min-ho (played by Ji Jin-hee) and agent Park Yu-cheol (played by Choi Si-won) are ordered to investigate. Hong Kong's anti-terrorism task force supervisor Lee Yan-ming (played by Louis Koo) and inspector Fan Jia-ming (played by Shawn Yue) assist the South Korean side in searching for the weapons, while nuclear physics professor Zhao Zhiren (played by Jacky Cheung) is also invited to assist with the case. The weapons are quickly recovered, but they unexpectedly hide potential crises. Just as the Hong Kong and South Korean police decide to return the weapons to South Korea, Mainland Security Bureau executive (played by Wang Xueqi) suddenly appears with assistant Miss Yuan (played by Feng Wenjuan), leading the three parties into a tug-of-war. It turns out that "Equator" is someone else, and their conspiracy begins to unfold...
