In 1968, Dagenham, England. The Ford manufacturing plant is undoubtedly a leader among private enterprises in Britain. However, in the male-dominated automobile industry, the status of women is particularly low. 187 female sewing workers labored sweatily in extremely harsh factory conditions, sewing car seat covers.
