John Harmon was previously a CIA/DEA agent. One day, DEA agent Beck approached John and informed him that Abdullah, a terrorist from Al-Qaeda, was caught trying to cross the border into Mexico. The investigation revealed that the Islamic terrorist group planned to use the drug smuggling route of Mexican drug lord José Rivera to transport weapons and personnel into the United States.
