Infiltrating the Military Intelligence Bureau, the Chinese Communist Party member Yue Qifeng and Man Yue are given orders to prevent the Japanese businessman Narita from conducting an information transaction with the mysterious figure H, and to retrieve the railway military deployment map back to the Party office. During his first operation, Yue Qifeng is killed by the famous singer Xia Fei from the Palais Royale. When he wakes up again, he finds himself back in a familiar scene before he received the orders, encountering the same events. Each time he loops, he dies for reasons he cannot comprehend, and during this process, he discovers that there seems to be a massive conspiracy hidden within the events. Those he once thought he knew and things he believed have all overturned his understanding. But who orchestrated this event aimed at killing him?
