Famous movie star Jan Erbang (played by Tony Leung) often plays heroic roles, but in real life, he is timid, causing his beloved wife Manqiong (played by Yu Anan) to leave him. Since then, he has lived with his two daughters, Cream (played by Gillian Chung) and Crispy. Iron Man (played by Chan Siu-chun) and Janet (played by Tian Pujun) are both Interpol agents. They learn that the terrorist Long Yi (played by Xu Jinjiang) is coming to Hong Kong to retrieve another batch of biochemical weapons. During a confrontation with the terrorists in Hong Kong, they mistakenly enter Jan Erbang's home. Iron Man is injected with a virus that causes intellectual regression, reducing his IQ to that of a 4-year-old child. Manqiong returns from Hollywood intending to discuss collaboration with Jan Erbang but is met with an intrusion by the terrorists who discover that the missing virus is in Jan Erbang's home. In the struggle against the terrorists, Jan Erbang demonstrates a rare bravery and intelligence for the sake of his daughters and ex-wife, successfully capturing the criminals and reuniting his family.
