In Northeast China in 1997, the old industrial era is facing farewell. 18-year-old vocational school girl Yang Beibing (played by Bu Guanjin) is spirited and righteous, often leading a group of sisters to fight everywhere. After a raid on the men's bathhouse, Yang Beibing unexpectedly encounters her childhood friend Yu Yi (played by Liu Chang) while he’s taking a shower, and she feels an attraction toward him, quietly hinting and pursuing him.
