Hong Kong police officer Zhu Fulong (played by Donnie Yen) is demoted due to a work mistake. In his despair, his fiancée Ke'er (played by Chow Lai-ki) calls off their engagement. The dual blow to his career and love life leaves him in a slump, and after six months of binge eating, he weighs a staggering 220 pounds! His superior, Officer Huang, unable to watch his decline, assigns Zhu Fulong to escort a prisoner to Japan, promising a reinstatement if he completes the mission.
