The year is 2046. Over eighty years old, Ah Jin (played by Sandra Ng) arrives at the mountaintop to stop a heartbroken young man (played by Chapman To) from taking a drug that can erase memories. She begins to recount her past, reflecting on the most challenging year of her life, 2003. Ah Jin recalls that year as the time when Hong Kong experienced SARS, with everyone in a state of panic and the economy facing trials. During that year, she encountered clients who wanted to commit suicide due to business failures, clients who were desperately searching for their wives, and doctors at the forefront during the SARS outbreak. She also shares a part of her story with her cousin (played by Jacky Cheung) and the betrayal that occurred. These days were filled with bittersweet experiences, but Ah Jin feels grateful that she can still hold on to these memories.
